Raegan Le Douaron serves as CEO and President for WeCare tlc, overseeing all facets of the business and driving strategic initiatives. Raegan has a proven executive management track record and 20 years of experience growing and developing sales growth in various market segments. Raegan brings experience from the managed care and medical carrier sides of the self-funded market, giving her a keen perspective on the challenges WeCare tlc’s clients face in managing their healthcare costs. Raegan is passionate about well-being and wellness, which fuels her enjoyment of various endurance sports. She serves on the Goodwill Industries of Central Florida Board of Directors and volunteers for organizations such as Feeding Children Everywhere. Raegan lives with her husband and children in Lake Mary, FL.
Lauren Kirschner brings over ten years of primary care practice oversight and population health management experience to the leadership team. She has held progressive roles throughout her career, including clinical operations director, overseeing multiple employer-onsite clinics, and supporting clients in a consulting capacity to develop their population health strategy to help reduce costs and become more informed healthcare consumers. Lauren’s deep clinical knowledge, understanding of the health benefits space, and invaluable commitment to the clients she serves were the bridge to her current role. As a creative thinker, Lauren can implement and execute innovative solutions to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. A native of Arkansas, Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from the University of Arkansas and is working towards her Master’s in Population Health Management and Data Analytics. Lauren resides in Michigan with her husband and three children and loves anything outdoors.
Kristy Bowman has over 20 years of experience working in the healthcare field, providing direct patient care as a Registered Nurse and overseeing the administration of services. She is dedicated to supporting and providing excellent care to those she works with. She has spent the past 15 years in clinical services operations, with an emphasis on improving health center results, implementing care coordination, and driving out high-quality outcomes while focusing on patient experience and comfort. Kristy is a graduate of North Arkansas College and continues to further her studies at Jacksonville University. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with their kids.
Dr. Kenneth Power is a seasoned Board-Certified family physician with over 20 years of primary and palliative care experience. He believes in evidence-based medicine and remains current with the latest medical literature through online sources and conference CMEs. His practice covers a wide range of care, including risk reduction through advanced lipid analysis, genetic polymorphism-directed treatment of hypertension, allergy, immunology, mast cell assessment, and bioidentical hormone replacement. Dr. Power champions combating disease through lifestyle modifications, often employing nutrition-based programs to manage conditions such as Type 2 diabetes. With the rapid advancement of technology in healthcare, he still values the development of meaningful patient-physician relationships through in-person visits. He believes in a balanced “medication vs. patient-centered goals” approach to cater to each patient’s unique lifestyle and level of motivation. Born and raised in Newfoundland, Canada, Dr. Power is a proud alum of Memorial University, where he completed his Bachelor of Medical Sciences degree and MD, followed by a Family Practice Residency with a rural medicine option. He later achieved Board Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care and added Esthetics certification to his repertoire. Dr. Power’s career spans several roles, including Medical Director roles at Hospice of Northwest Ohio and Guardian Angel Hospice, Inc., in addition to solo practice. In his various capacities, he has demonstrated leadership in providing direction and guidance to executive teams, ensuring quality standards of care for patients, and educating other healthcare professionals about the latest medical technology and future trends. His greatest satisfaction comes from seeing the many students he has mentored grow into their respective careers as successful and ethical medical providers. Beyond his professional commitments, Dr. Power has been active in community service. He has served as a member of Rotary International, as medical director for county health departments, and as a volunteer MD at the OpenDoor Clinic. He has also served on several committees and boards, contributing his expertise to the broader healthcare community. Currently residing in Perrysburg, OH, he dedicates his life to patient care, embodying the principles of what he calls “high-tech, high-touch” medicine.
Jason Hall has over 16 years of IT experience in everything from IT operations at Florida State University to working for one of the nation’s largest automotive dealer groups. He loves the excitement and fast pace of changing how healthcare is delivered in the United States. Jason has been with WeCare tlc for the past 12 years and uses his vast skill set in developing all of our proprietary systems.
John Wright is an accomplished, trusted legal advisor to executive leadership on an array of legal and business issues, including contracts, risk mitigation, employment matters, compliance, and ethics. John’s experience includes roles in both the public and private sectors, and he utilizes his expertise to facilitate partnerships with governmental and private business entities to change how healthcare is delivered in the United States. A native of Texas, John earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with honors from the University of North Texas and his Juris Doctor with honors from Texas Tech University. Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, doing outdoor activities, playing hockey, and listening to music.
Rick Soloway is the Director of People Services, providing support services to the staff of WeCare tlc. As a tenured Human Resources professional, his motto has always been: “Take care of the people who take care of the people.” He focuses as much energy and resources on the staff as the staff gives to the clients. Rick has a Bachelor’s Degree from Temple University and a Master’s Degree from St. Joseph’s University. He began his career in Human Resources with a large non-profit for court-committed juvenile delinquents in Philadelphia, where he created the training department. Rick then moved to the largest urban public library in New York, where he oversaw the training and recruiting areas. In 1999, he relocated to South Florida, where he created and expanded human resources departments for several large non-profits. For several years, Rick owned a group benefits and HR consulting company. He focuses on easy-to-use organization and processes that create an employee-centric culture, which leads to higher client satisfaction.
