WeCare TLC’s Senior Team are longtime, highly experienced health care professionals, each with national reputations for competence, integrity and innovation. WeCare’s most important and differentiating characteristic is fully integrated medical management. Ours goals are to establish a true Medical Home for employees and dependents, and to serve as a fiduciary for our employer clients.

Lynn Jennings, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Jennings is a distinguished health care finance professional, with over 40 years experience. Over his career he has been an underwriter and led a successful Third Party Administration firm (TPA). In addition to WeCare, Mr. Jennings owns Alliance Underwriters, a successful Managing General Underwriter (MGU). He is a former President and current Director of the Self-Insurance Institute of America (SIIA).

Judy Garber, RN, BSN, President
Ms. Garber is a veteran nurse, with deep clinical and medical management experience. After many years of varied clinical practice she moved into the employer health arena, where she worked for the Weyerhaeuser Corporation. She began her medical management career with IntraCorp (a CIGNA company) where she developed that firm’s corporate medical management product offering. In 1988 Ms Garber founded MedWatch, a URAC-certified medical management firm catering to the TPA industry.

Brian Klepper, PhD, Chief Development Officer
Dr. Klepper is a nationally prominent health care analyst, speaker and writer with broad industry experience and relationships. In addition to his activities for WeCare, he consults on market trends and Web-based health tools with health care organizations and employers. Dr. Klepper’s columns appear on The Health Care Blog and Health Policy and Marketplace Review.
